Gaggenau, the luxury brand for professional household appliances, presents its most advanced cooling innovation: wine cabinets with automatic temperature control. As part of the Vario Cooling Expressive series, this unique development redefines the serving and storage of wine at home.

The new wine cabinets were developed by Gaggenau's design and engineering teams and feature a patented temperature control system that automatically and precisely brings each bottle to its ideal serving temperature. Users are given an estimated waiting time and notified as soon as the ideal temperature is reached – both via the cabinet's lighting and the Gaggenau Home Connect app. This innovation eliminates the usual guesswork and manual work involved in serving wine. Infrared sensors in the upper and middle compartments ensure that each bottle reaches its ideal serving temperature. The settings are tailored to the number of bottles and the type of wine. Red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines are stored and served optimally – for a refined and safe wine experience.
